Terms & Conditions
In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
✅ Cancellations more than 14 days before the first lesson: no penalty.
✅ Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before the first lesson: penalty costs is 50% of the full amount of the booking.
✅ Cancellations less than 7 days before the first lesson: the cancellation fee corresponds to the full amount of the lesson.
- Cancellations without prior notice are only permitted with a valid medical certificate issued by a local medical service.
- Occasionally, resorts may close all lifts due to bad weather, typically during high winds or snowstorms that make the slopes and lifts unsafe. In the event of total lift closures, if the lesson is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
- In case the individual decides to cancel the lesson due to bad weather while the lifts remain operational (even partially), no refund will be provided.
- Please note that skiers must have valid civil liability insurance to cover damages or injuries caused to third parties (in compliance with Article 30 of Legislative Decree No. 40/2021). For your convenience, civil liability insurance can be purchased along with your ski pass at a price of € 3,00 per day – at a reduced price to € 1,50 for children under the age of 8. Skiers are also strongly advised to take out personal injury insurance.
Important: Accident insurance and liability insurance are not included in the lesson fees.
